In fairness the House was in between renter & need a lot of cleaning. I should have selected deep clean, instead of 8 hours for 1,00 sq ft house. Only issue i had is cleaner only worked from 10am to 4:00 PM =6 hours, but charged 8.

Jane is very thorough, pleasant and professional. She made our kitchen sparkle, especially the stovetop and counters!

Ariel was amazing. On time and didn’t miss anything. I don’t think our house has been this clean… ever!! We have a lot of square footage, 3 kids and no time to clean. Ariel took care of everything and freed up so much of my time!! Hope to have her clean for us again :)

I dont know how she did it but she managed to clean the pebble tile to the point of looking knew! Would hire back 100% ! PS: never put in pebble tile is impossible to clean, unless you hire Jane.

I was charged 4 hours when Paola was only here to clean from 8:00am to 10:30am. total time to be billed is 2.5 hours

very self-reliant and didn’t need much direction at all. it was ideal for me and being able to get other things done.

Ibrahim was good. Just a few notes - he didn't take out the main kitchen garbage or clean the garbage drawer like I asked him to. I had to remind him to clean a few other things. And there were a lot of shoe marks on the main floor after he mopped from his shoes.

She did great. I love how well she cleaned my floors. They are extremely difficult to clean and she was on her hands and knees. But she forgot 2 rooms. Sure didn’t vacuum, sweep or clean the laundry room or bathroom floor. She did well outside of that.

Excellent work, Tiuanna always does the extra she is a pleasure to have at our place. I love her work and she is wonderful too!

after he left, I realized there were things he had missed - night stands weren't dusted, sinks weren't fully cleaned, and mirrors were messy.

Sarah was pretty good. She communicated when she was running behind, and was overall super friendly. The areas she cleaned were done well but she seemed to have missed the master bath shower, mudroom and one of the kitchen sinks. Im sure if I called her back in she would do those. Overall she did well.

Ben was polite, prompt and worked quickly. He asked a lot of questions about additional cleaning needs and brought his own supplies. Would have liked a little more attention to details (i.e. left some cobwebs in corners, etc) and he required quite a bit of guidance in terms of what to clean, but overall we are happy with his work.

After the company could not find a cleaner to meet my originally scheduled appointment, they canceled with 12 hours notice. Elise then took my re-scheduled appointment. She did a good job. It was only a 2-hour appointment, but she was so dedicated I had to ask her to leave after almost 3 hours because I needed to leave.

I feel Ben did a good job in the amount of time we scheduled. I should have asked for another hour ! Very friendly and courteous! He was on time too! Thank you Ben
