Renee went above and beyond to assist and accommodate services for my brother. He is disabled and it was very hard to find a time for her to complete the cleaning requirements.But she was very flexible and understanding. I appreciate her communicating even after hours and doing a fabulous job. I would recommend Renee for additional services for me and my family. Thank you.

Anne did a great job and was very efficient. She worked around the clutter in my space and was able to get my home clean as I needed. I look forward to having her clean again.

Everything looked very good! It looks like you arrived at 8:15 or so, and then were done before 1pm (according to our garage door). I thought it was a 9-hour cleaning? The basement was not done at all. Just the main level and upstairs.

There were a few missed items/tasks, which is why we bumped the review down to 4 stars. She was great otherwise. We went over the list I'd made before she started, and she didn't say there were any issues with the tasks. We would have appreciated communication about the missed tasks.

Sharmi was on time and polite. She did ask for wifi connection and later she was on her phone while she was supposed to be cleaning.

I had asked for someone that spoke English, none of the workers did. Also, they were a few hours late.

Elsa did a fantastic job. My house looks and smells wonderful. She did some added touches with how she folds the blankets and sets the bathrooms, was very nice! I highly recommend choosing Elsa.

She did good job I'm with regular cleaning. We expected a deep clean with removing water stains on monthly basis since we are doing weekly cleaning.

Cleaning was moderately thorough May be this was good deal for what i paid for first cleaning on this portal. Watch out for recurring charges from homeaglow. I don’t think many ppl need to pay monthly premium for cleaning.

I can’t compliment Christine enough. Not only is she thorough, but she takes the time to ensure she’s completing the tasks needed in the most efficient way. I also run an inhome daycare and she comes to clean while my babes are here. She remembers their names, always joyfully greets them, and they absolutely adore her 🤍

Elsa always does a fantastic job. We so appreciate her work. She brings a Cov worker sometimes and then does the job in half the time.

It was a pleasure having Renee as our cleaner. It was her first time to our place, which I think is why it took a little longer than some repeat cleaners we've had. But she was very cognizant of asking our preference on going over the scheduled time or not, which was appreciated. We would certainly have her back again. She did such a thorough job!

The only problem I have with Alexandra is communication she speaks very little English. But I can use Google translate if I have to. Her work was very good.

Hands down the best cleaner I have ever hired! Got to work as soon as she got there and did a WONDERFUL job! Not to mention, I’m a single momma and she also managed to handle my minions and I all throughout her workspace while she was cleaning! Would recommend Aylissa for your next clean for sure!

They did a nice job! Small communication barrier, so I wasn’t able to tell them exactly what I needed done. Overall they did a nice job. I paid for 3 hrs but they only stayed for 1.5… so do i get some of my deposit back? I gave them a cash tip

She did really good the only complaint I have is she left 24 minutes earlier than the time I was scheduled for. She didn’t clean the floor well and when I pointed it out to her she said that’s the best she can do. I had to re clean my floors

Tanya did an excellent job and took time to clean and organize everything. I should have booked more hours than the 3 hours. The house is larger and she couldn’t cover all rooms within the 3 hours booked. I will book more than 3 hours next time.

Stephen worked hard. He missed a few spots, but did them once I pointed them out. He forgot to dust. But he did a good job overall, especially with hard spots, like the primary shower stall.
