Herbert did an excellent job! And he was very professional and kind. I appreciated his attention to detail when it came to cleaning behind and around items in our kitchen and bathrooms. And then placing everything back as to how it was found. He went above and beyond what I had requested for our cleaning service and I would definitely hire him again as well as recommend him to others.

The cleaner did a great job cleaning our apartment today. She was on-time, communicative and very thorough with her process. 5 stars and I'd definitely recommend her.

Hillary was on time, communicative, and professional. My home isn't too dirty, but there were some spots I wanted cleaning and she got those and left everything else sparkling as well.

Dawn was so kind and helpful! Her attention to detail went above and beyond, and helped me get to the bottom of an ant problem I was having as well. 10/10 cannot recommend her enough!

Leviane is a good cleaner. She knows what she’s doing. She dusted my house, mopped the floor and vacuumed my carpet and cleaned my 2 bathrooms. I feel better now that my house is clean and I feel relieved that I don’t have to do everything. Leviane is also friendly! Great job!

Kellie was very good. She worked hard at cleaning a very hard room to clean. She was insightful. I helped her. I think she spent a little too long in unnecessary areas. She barely did anything to the floor in the little room. She asked to be paid only for six hours even though she stayed longer.

I gave her a cash tip. She is amazing. I would love her to come back second week in June on a Tuesday or Thursday if available.

Livaine and her partner were great, but I wasn't expecting a processing fee and exorbitant credit csrd use fee of 15%. I would gladly write a check if you can refund the credit carf. Othereise we will not be using your company services again.

Diana did an extraordinary job in cleaning and transforming our master room and kids room into beautiful spaces. She is very polite and friendly with kids around, very professional in getting work done within the estimated time.

Bryanna did ok. I had trouble communicating with her but she is really nice. I would love to like her work but she left the floor of the bathroom wet and the cleaning is not very thorough. I had other cleaners do my bathroom and they usually wipe all surfaces and leaves the floor and surfaces dry.

Miriam is a consummate professional that manages to come across as a friendly neighbor here to help you throughout your day. I always feel confident that I will come back to a pristine place once Miriam has worked her magic! She not only cleans the space well, but provides tips on things I can do to prolong the cleanliness of my space.

Cleaned places I didn’t even know needed cleaning, and got everything done in the timeline. Also worked around me being home with my dog seamlessly.

Always does an incredible job and makes my home feel brand new. Great communication, fast and thorough cleaner, and not afraid of my friendly (big) dogs who happily jumped up on her. Professional and gracious about my house (wrecked by said dogs and a 6 year old human). Went the extra mile and washed the windows inside and out without my asking.

I was really impressed with the cleaning that got done. We’re just moving into a place that had the roof replaced and with open beamed ceilings, debris was everywhere. I was very impressed. I’m not too certain that she spoke English

Enjoyed Tia, she was very respectful and kind. I have a couple of suggestions, items moved should be put back in place and the shower doors were not cleaned properly, I must say there is a skill to cleaning them.

For the most part does a really good job but doesn’t pay attention to details. Wiping the tray on the ottoman, vacuuming the cat tree cleaning microwave. But overall is consistent enough and better than others

Eliana cleans well. I'm not sure if this was a communication issue between her and Homeaglow, but the dusting I requested was not done. More attention to detail is needed, for example cleaning the light switches and spot cleaning the walls. Overall I am satisfied with the cleaning she did do, the floors were so clean and she did a great job cleaning the bedrooms.

Luis did a great job at my house. She's meticulous with cleaning kitchen cabinets and worked really fast!

The person on the photo is not the person that actually showed up for the job. Although she did a good job on what she did clean, the oven was not cleaned and was requested. The kitchen floor was not mopped either. Looking forward to the next cleaning so we can get those areas addressed.

Heather cleaned our apartment recently and honestly did an amazing job. She was super thorough—she even cleaned spots we usually forget about, like the knobs on the oven and the inside of the microwave. The place looked and smelled so fresh afterward. You can tell she really takes pride in her work, and she was also just really friendly and easy to communicate with.

Anna Mopped the Upstairs bathroom floors using too much water, causing water to leak and dampen the Downstairs ceiling. In the future to avoid water damage, best to use my Steamer Mop which leaves no water and will not cause future ceiling or floor damage.

I have a Newfoundland and he is double coated so the fur is everywhere usually. Naomy did such a good job and my house smells and feels so clean.
