I have social anxiety and was feeling worried about interacting, but she was both a great person and a great cleaner 😊 I felt very comfortable talking about the areas that needed cleaning and the whys for why they were problem areas. And she let us know that our dryer vent was totally borked so now I’m getting that repair scheduled lol

She did a very good job. She was friendly and did everything I asked. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is it was scheduled for 11am, she was running behind and pushed it to noon. Then still was 5 minutes late. Once she arrived she did get right to work and did the full 3 hours. I would want her back in the future and if she is on time I would then say 5 stars.
