she got lost as the address she had was wrong. the address you have on the order is correct. she found my appt about 11:20 so i wasnt able to get 3 hours cleaning. It was an oversight. T he address she had was incorrect and wasnt her fault..

Yaki showed up on time (10 am). The wife and I went shopping and returned at 12:15. She was finished and gone but I was still charged for 3 hours. Why? I would prefer Hming as my cleaner.

This was my very first time using cleaning service. I didn't know what to expect actually. I guess for first time I needed more than 4 hours. She wasnt able to touch any of the 3 bed rooms or finish the full bathroom. What I love. The dishes were done. What needs to work on. Kitchen island still had food stain and still dust bunny in the corner of the floor. Overall I guess it wasnt too bad.

Tynisha spent her entire 6 hours cleaning, did a great job. I would love to have her back and I strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for cleaning services.

I was under the impression that this was a whole house cleaning. The bathroom that she cleaned completely and the partial cleaning of a second bathroom was excellent. This was our first experience with outside cleaners. Perhaps we expected too much.

She did her job 100%. Very punctual and polite, asked for our choice to pick the work first. But giving the flexibility for them to pick up from makes them feel comfortable and they enjoy their job. Sade did cleaning very wonderful and really recommend her for anyone who needs a best cleaning service.
