Michellene arrived on time with her equipment. She did a job of cleaning the assigned rooms. My regret was that she did not clean the stove top. That was an organizational mistake. I will discuss that with the appropriate party.

Diana was excellent. She was very thorough. She cleaned everything and exceeded expectations. We hope she will be able to clean our home every time. Thank you!
