I'm general, Alison did a great job. I love how the house looked when I arrived. There was only one area she forgot, in the sofa, under the pillows, it was still dirty. I am sure. next time, she won't forget that. other than that, she did an excellent job. I would like her to come back next month.

Eneyda did an amazing job. She was professional, punctual and thorough. I showed her the things I needed help with and she went straight to action. She left the place looking and smelling clean. The crew that serviced my cleaning was amazing. They were thorough and quick with their cleaning, they even greeted my pet when entering. I came home to my place smelling and looking marvelous. The only downside that I had hoped for was a mopped floor. I had left a mop and bucket in the bathroom for their use, but did not receive this service.

thorough cleaning in the areas she did get to but she missed an entire bathroom and didn't clean any of the floors or surfaces outside of the kitchen.

i think it was overwhelming for her but she tried her best. It's a big house but not fully occupied. She helped with laundry. I have hardwood flooring and it can be hard to clean I will request a person that is experienced with them next time.
