Darla was SO nice. I am happy with her efficiency, however, 3 of the 4 hours was used, and the cleaning could have been more attentive. The cupboards needed wiped down, and there would have been time for that. The bathroom floors were left with some dirt, dust, and hair. The shower door was very streaky.

Tamia was good with communications and very efficient. This was a big treat for us to help get ready for an event and we are very pleased with the service.

I'll take responsibility for that because, on looking back, I realize I did not clearly share my expectation of a "deep cleaning" with her, as I did with Pat who did my first job. The rooms Luz cleaned look very good, but I'm aware of what wasn't done, again though, I should have clearly enunciated my expectations with her.

Somwang even moved furniture around to get to spots that probably haven't been cleaned since we had the house, this might be the cleanest our house has ever been!

However, I have to add that she was not very pleasant when she first arrived. She seemed irritated and criticized the size of my living room. I would have appreciated her being more personable.

Simone was punctual, nice and did a good job, I just wish more was done in 6 hours especially when paying extra for a “premium” cleaner. She covered the bathrooms and kitchen, but did not get to any dusting or vacuuming. I probably could have done the same in half the time.

Everything was great . The only negative was the cleaner wiped our mirrors and they were really foggy and smeared . I had to scrub multiple times to get them clean . I am not sure what was used but it wasn’t mirror cleaner .
