She was lovely to connect with, incredibly warm and friendly. She asked questions and offered to fix anything that didn't work. That said, it wasn't super thorough- no dusting, wiping things down, stairs not vacuumed. Our home is pretty clean already so we will likely do fewer but deeper cleanings.

Somwang was very thorough and made sure everything was cleaned to perfection. He really helped us out with company on the way and little time for us to clean. Somwang even moved furniture around to get to spots that probably haven't been cleaned since we had the house, this might be the cleanest our house has ever been!

Luz Was excellent! She arrived early and Worked nonstop getting my house cleaned. She was very thorough and paid attention to every detail! I would highly recommend LUZ and I will be using her for sure for my next cleaning! Thank you Luz!

The house looks and smells great! My bathtubs were a mess and Teri got them shining. She was very responsive to specific asks I had and was mindful to check if there was any feedback or additional areas to address before leaving.

Having Luz is always a pleasure. She goes above and beyond and always leaves our home feeling so fresh and clean. Our daughter also gets a kick out of the way she takes the time to not only make her bed but arrange her stuffed animals as well!

I’m extremely satisfied with the service. The cleaning was thorough, detailed and everything was left in perfect condition. What stood out the most was the extra level of care, she even repaired my couch without me asking. That level of professionalism and initiative is rare. as usual, Nicky completely freshened up the areas she was asked to clean and left those areas as clean as possible.

I'm general, Alison did a great job. I love how the house looked when I arrived. There was only one area she forgot, in the sofa, under the pillows, it was still dirty. I am sure. next time, she won't forget that. other than that, she did an excellent job. I would like her to come back next month.

Luz did an outstanding job. My frig.was a disaster due to a electrical faamilure i am disabled & was unable to clean it myself. Amsterdam did an outstanding job. The rest of my apartment was immaculate. I can't say enough about Luv!!!

Olivia did a great job. She stayed a little longer than original scheduled time to ensure she could get everything done that I requested, which I liked a lot. I hope she will clean for me again next time

She is quiet and efficient. Only drawback is vacuum machine (don't know if it's "standard issue" for Homeaglow) is not the best for pet hair.

Yaki showed up on time (10 am). The wife and I went shopping and returned at 12:15. She was finished and gone but I was still charged for 3 hours. Why? I would prefer Hming as my cleaner.
