Home Glow had cancelled my appt on 8/24 (on Sunday for a Monday appt)I was not expecting Debra. Debra. Was professional & though. I would use & am requesting Debra again.

Jenn did an amazing job with my older home. Her attention to detail was perfect. And she didn't mind the pets.

For Henry to be a novice cleaner, he was very with his work. He took on the task alone cleaning a 3-story townhome in 6 hrs. Job well done. He had a positive demeanor about his work and we were happy to have met him.

My first impression was I was very comfortable speaking with her and taking her throughout the home to show her what I needed clean. She took her time cleaned everything spotless. Andrea was kin and polite. She was honest about it only being here 2nd or 3rd time cleaning. I requested an experienced cleaner and paid extra for it upon request. She did an excellent job with the bathrooms..Perhaps I should have been more precise on the request and included light dusting and a damp mop to floors. Additional the top surface of the stove and out door od microwave.

Ella was an angel in disguise! She has impeccable cleaning skills and even better personality. I would definitely recommend Ms.Ella to everyone. And she gives the best hugs!

Good job! But I agree with Faye on the type of cleaner used on the floor, it’s some kind of sticky residue. I may use just have my swifter pads used next time and skip whatever products used on the floor. Also, I like my faucets to shine. I noticed they were cleaned. Otherwise good service! Thanks!

She was ok because the job was left unfinish (Master Bathroom), however, she was on time and courteous. She needs use her expertise to set realistic expectations with the customer, which is very important as most homeowners will list several things to be accomplished.
