To be completely honest, my home hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in months so it was in pretty rough condition. I work 60 hours a week as a single mom with two small boys, so things can get out of control. I've had cleaners before, basic wipe down and floors. My vacuum was old & didn’t work properly, but she didn’t get flustered. She improvised with a smaller vacuum I had which worked out just fine. I’ll definitely book Aigerim again!

Yesenia and her assistant did a great job per my dad, Mr. Bland, however, they arrive around 11:15am and finished around 1:45pm. My dad told them not to clean the refrigerator. Therefore, since they cleaned under 3hrs and they didn't clean the refrigerator, the charge should be adjusted.

I added on 2 additional services (laundry and Baseboards) and they still finished exceptionally fast before I even started my workday good. I will be requesting for them to return to clean our home.

I have been using Homeaglow every two weeks since December 2025. I have not posted any reviews before today as I wanted to work with at least four different providers. I have been satisfied with all of them, but James was clearly the best.
