Michellene arrived on time with her equipment. She did a job of cleaning the assigned rooms. My regret was that she did not clean the stove top. That was an organizational mistake. I will discuss that with the appropriate party.

I failed to remind Homeaglow that I am particularly interested in working with those cleaners whose housecleaning skills are categorized as highly skilled, so I initially was surprised when Thomas performed a "standard" house cleaning. Thomas did a nice job... the house is clean; it looks clean and it "smells" clean. He was very professional and courteous.

However, I have to add that she was not very pleasant when she first arrived. She seemed irritated and criticized the size of my living room. I would have appreciated her being more personable.
