Apartment Cleaning Services in Damascus, MD

I’ve never met someone so thorough, kind, patient, and detail oriented. The deep cleaning was amazing, especially as she was following contractors who had been repairing and replacing drywall!

Wendy was wonderful. She was prompt and friendly and took care to ask if I had any sensitivity to certain cleaners. She brought special cleaning solutions for an impossible toilet stain and discussed my priorities me via Homeaglow chat prior to the appointment. My home felt cleaner and more tidy when she left and I'll definitely rehire her for future cleanings. Great to meet you Wendy!

Wonderful! We just moved into a new, larger home and didn’t have time to get it deep cleaned before moving. We’re still living amongst boxes and I was able to do some cleaning to be livable but this clean was just the thing the new home needed! Will definitely continue cleanings!

I enjoyed your signature cleaning and you are great person to work with and hoping to work with you again as your schedule allows.

Rosa texted to let me know her coworker Flabia was going to come in her place which is in her bio. I inquired about arrival time and she responded promptly. Flabia was on time and immediately got to work. She is a worker!! I was amazed at how that woman worked! she did 5rooms (first time cleaning at that) in my 3hr visit. I was so impressed!!

Reina did an excellent job with the cleaning that is why I am giving her a five (cleaning only). But when she was preparing to leave with her bags there were two roaches, one on the floor by her bags and one crawling up the wall. We do not have roaches. They crawled out her bags. She needs to check her bags or throw them away before she enters another home.

Hannah was willing to work with me through a last minute schedule change. she was attentive to what I wanted and worked with the cleaning supplies I preferred. very satisfied!

Jermya was polite and pleasant throughout her visit, and I really appreciated her hard work. A few areas like the kitchen and shower could have used a deeper scrub rather than just a wipe-down, and some surfaces were missed during dusting. A quick conversation about priorities upfront would likely make a big difference for future customers. Overall, a solid visit, and my home is so much cleaner!

Darla was SO nice. I am happy with her efficiency, however, 3 of the 4 hours was used, and the cleaning could have been more attentive. The cupboards needed wiped down, and there would have been time for that. The bathroom floors were left with some dirt, dust, and hair. The shower door was very streaky.
