If it’s ok with client I would like showing up 15 minutes early so we can do a walk-through so you get your full hours of what you need done if you’re gonna be at home. if you cannot do a walk-through with me that’s perfectly fine. it’s ok You can also leave a note. If there’s any room that you do not want touched, please leave the door closed. I do not go into rooms that have the doors closed. This goes for the closets as well.

 At this time, I am unable to service homes with: * Pets- I have a strict no pet policy * Rodents, roaches, or any form of infestation * Hoarding situations * Biohazard conditions * Enclosed basements (must be a finished basement and have a full glass door and full sized windows) At times I bring my assistant (I have a total of 4 different assistants). In the instance I bring one please remember all conversations regarding instructions or billing should be directed to me only. Also, All services are based on total labor hours. When multiple cleaners are present, on-site time will be reduced to half of what is booked while the full number of booked hours is still applied. For example if 5 hours are booked, with 2 cleaners both will complete 2.5 hours which will equal the 5 hours booked. The scope of work, level of detail, and quality remain the same. About Me:
