Mona did a good job cleaning. However, she has a hard time making appointments and often asks to reschedule for a different time. She wanted me to cancel the job and repost it 2 days before I needed her to clean, which was weird. If you hire her, she will do the job well... when she gets there 🤷‍♀️

Alberto was great. This was our first cleaning with Homeaglow, so he had too much to do fully in 6 hours. What he did was great though. Specifically the toilets; I am not sure what he did, but they haven't' looked that good in many years!! Thanks Alberto!

The cleaning they did was good, but they were late and didn't work the entire 3 hours, but still charged for 3. I also found a lot of things they threw away (small toys, socks, pot holders) that shouldn't have been in the trash.

I have had a few people clean my house but there is always a bit after I need to clean up.. but Bianca she cleans cleans.. everyone she cleans my house it looks like I just moved in.. and she is kind and has never made me feel embarrassed or demeaned because when she first started coming my house was messy I was a baby horder and she got it all cleaned in 4 hours.. she is amazing!

I expected the bathrooms to be fully clean and shining, but, the plunger receptcal and toilet brush baskets, the outside of garbage receptacles and the shower,tub and glass doors were not cleaned. It was her first job, but I did expect clean bathrooms. I do not wish to rebook your service!

Very nice, pleasant, and on time. She did a great job, except for the bathroom. The sinks didn’t look like they were cleaned, as there was toothpaste still in them. The rug was not vacuumed or shaken and the floor wasn’t washed and the garbage’s were not emptied. The shower wasn’t fully cleaned either. I had to re-clean the bathroom.

Paige was a delight to work with. She was kind, attentive, focused, thorough and dedicated as she worked to get a long neglected unused home back into functional order. We are looking forward to seeing more of her stellar work!
