They hear your needs when needed and at the same time, if you're busy at home while they're cleaning (i.e. on a work call), you won't even notice they're there because they notice and ensure the clients are always comfortable! 10/10 recommend!

Regiane team member was very good. English very limited. unfortunately I was working from home, in the middle of a conference , so did not have time to explain as much as I would have liked to. She did fine . I have preferences in how I like my home cleaned ( example, I don’t like dusters I prefer a damp cloth.) jemima did a good job and focused on the areas (kitchen, baths, bedroom) that I asked her to work in the 3 hrs she was here. Maybe a bit newer and it was a bit challenging to communicate. She seemed a bit shy and maybe was nervous though.
