Hylenne was terrific, very professional, and didn’t go slow at all. She cleaned the entire 3 hours and never missed a beat. Cleaners in the past from other agencies definitely were not as expedient!

Stephanie was super friendly and had great conversations. She did all the work that was requested. She left a note in the kitchen that I found after she left thanking us for the opportunity to clean our house. it was a very nice personal touch and unexpected.

She did most of what I asked her. very quick to do it all. most of my house was done in 3.5 hours which was nice. taking off one star because I observed later that the cleaning was not 5star thorough. but it was not bad at all. she did a lot of extras like wiping down windows and everything. my experience was good.

she thought I had canceled this appointment. I was told I had two appointments. I did not make two appointments. She lets me know when there’s any changes. Haley is great! My floors have never looked so good. Can you imagine that my old cleaning company didn't mop any floors but the kitchen and bath. I have a thing called hallways, they are wood and they are used alot. My floors are beautiful.
