What she cleaned she did very well but there were a couple of items that didn't get dusted as well as I like. However I can't hold that against her because she did a very good job at everything else.

Kiyanna did truly an amazing job. She was on time and asked what we wanted done and got right to work. She handled it all without issue and our house looks and smells brand new!

Nothing is the kitchen was wiped down but that might have been my fault...? I wanted surfaces wiped down, just not inside anything, maybe it wasn’t related very well. But the floors and bathroom looked great!

Demonta was very polite and respectful, takes pride in his work and appears to be a respectable young man. He cleaned the entire time scheduled and did not appear overwhelmed by all the clutter. I took a star way because he did not do the extra services that I payed for which was oven cleaning and refrigerator.

Cassandra, did good work and what I liked about her is that she asked questions and explained what she was doing. very nice and kind person.

James did an amazing job, my guest had dogs and left a dog smell and he got it right out. the place smelled wonderful. everything was so cleaned and he paid very close attention to detail. most definitely will work with him again.

my place looks lovely! she paid special attention to the bathroom which I REALLY appreciated. the dishes were cleaned sparkly clean, my bed looked GORGEOUS seriously it looks like a hotel bed. blown away!!

she was Great and friendly I was just a little confused/frustrated on the payment because I paid upfront and then the company charged my account again after I already paid for my 3hr block up front, but other then that issue everything was excellent!

Nice clean of our bathrooms and living areas! Carpets and rugs were clean and vacuumed, and faucets were wiped down nicely. She was very good with communication and clearly cared about doing a good job. Would highly recommend!

Christopher was good. Maybe even great and his floor machine was fantastic.\n But it is kind of expensive.

Amazing and sweet. Ms. Rhonda was very intentional about working with us and I’m hopeful that this will go a long way.

Melinda was an hour late because of traffic and she had to pick up a second cleaner who had no means of transportation. They however worked three hours instead of the 4 booked hours due to having started late. I appreciate for what they were able to accomplish. 😊

James is amazing. My microwave, oven, stovetop and refrigerator look brand new! The rest of the house looks and smells great too. I would recommend James anytime.

For an initial very first clean all by herself, she did a pretty decent job. It was a lot of work for one person to be able to complete, so a few things she was not able to get too and it took more time than anticipated. This is understandable. The floors, bathroom, and kitchen she did a spectacular job on. She was very respectful to my home and kind to our child & animals.

Once Tiera arrived, she set out to work straight away. We had a limited number of tasks (appliance cleaning) but she cleaned them extremely well. She did more then meet expectations. And, she was pleasant. We really appreciate her help.

Did know what to expect for my first time.,However Kay cleaning skills are amazing. The only problem I had is timing. I understand that things happen however for the first visit one should be punctual. If Kay could make that a priority I would consider booking her again.

Excellent, 2-hour cleaning. This is my third cleaning with Homeaglow and this is the best cleaning by far! My first two cleanings were 3-hours each and the person didn’t do nearly as much cleaning as Ms. Lisa did in 2-hours! Not only does it look clean, it smells clean, which in my previous experience, I was not able to tell what “really” was cleaned or not. Ms. Lisa is the real deal!

Ryan is a hard worker & did a good job, although he admitted that he wasn't feeling quite up to par. Although I told him to go home early & take care of himself, he stayed for nearly an hour longer to gather up all of my trash & take it to the dumpster, then picked up the trash that had been thrown in my front lawn. I am an older adult with physical difficulties, so this was really appreciated.

On time, trustworthy and offered to verify ID, good communication, works hard, respectful of space and floors. A couple minor things went undone, but overall I give Louise a 4/5! Thank you Louise!

She spent 4 + hours cleaning our 2 bathrooms and then sweeping, mopping the rest of the house minus 2 bedrooms. Didn't get to the kitchen area. She is a hard worker and seems fast but shouldn't she be able to finish it all? 1700 sq ft minus 2 bedrooms. Any thoughts on this? She is a pleasant person.
