I started gifting Homeaglow cleanings to my best friend recently. Today was the second cleaning and my friend happily reported that Letoya R did a great job cleaning her townhome. And, well, if she is happy then that makes me happy too😊 I guess my friend will be requesting Letoya for her next cleaning and I’m happy to see about setting that up for her.

Melinda was an hour late because of traffic and she had to pick up a second cleaner who had no means of transportation. They however worked three hours instead of the 4 booked hours due to having started late. I appreciate for what they were able to accomplish. 😊

For an initial very first clean all by herself, she did a pretty decent job. It was a lot of work for one person to be able to complete, so a few things she was not able to get too and it took more time than anticipated. This is understandable. The floors, bathroom, and kitchen she did a spectacular job on. She was very respectful to my home and kind to our child & animals.

Tiffany was GREAT! She arrived on time and had everything she needed. Our basement was in desperate need of a deep cleaning and it was a very daunting task! Did know what to expect for my first time.,However Kay cleaning skills are amazing. The only problem I had is timing. I understand that things happen however for the first visit one should be punctual. If Kay could make that a priority I would consider booking her again.

Carlos is a good communicator in that he asks questions and is willing to learn and try new methods, tools etc…to our preferences and to cut time off some tasks so more work can be accomplished during the limited hours he works per visit. he is flexible. . .

Cleaned my carpet. There were some stains that didn't come all the way out but I expected that. They were lightened up considerably and smells so good.

Ryan is a hard worker & did a good job, although he admitted that he wasn't feeling quite up to par. Although I told him to go home early & take care of himself, he stayed for nearly an hour longer to gather up all of my trash & take it to the dumpster, then picked up the trash that had been thrown in my front lawn. I am an older adult with physical difficulties, so this was really appreciated.

She is a hard worker and seems fast but shouldn't she be able to finish it all? 1700 sq ft minus 2 bedrooms. Any thoughts on this? She is a pleasant person.
