Did know what to expect for my first time.,However Kay cleaning skills are amazing. The only problem I had is timing. I understand that things happen however for the first visit one should be punctual. If Kay could make that a priority I would consider booking her again.

Crystal was amazing! She is a seasoned cleaner with a background in hotels and it shows. Great positive energy, and she and her daughter got every little detail. Even figured out how to make my high gloss tiles in the shower shine again! I will definitely hire Crystal again.

Megan accepted, then reached out to me the day of the appointment to say she was headed to my house. Megan did a great job and asked me to check and make sure everything was satisfactory before she left. I will definitely have her clean my house again.

Ryan is a hard worker & did a good job, although he admitted that he wasn't feeling quite up to par. Although I told him to go home early & take care of himself, he stayed for nearly an hour longer to gather up all of my trash & take it to the dumpster, then picked up the trash that had been thrown in my front lawn. I am an older adult with physical difficulties, so this was really appreciated.

On time, trustworthy and offered to verify ID, good communication, works hard, respectful of space and floors. A couple minor things went undone, but overall I give Louise a 4/5! Thank you Louise!

She spent 4 + hours cleaning our 2 bathrooms and then sweeping, mopping the rest of the house minus 2 bedrooms. Didn't get to the kitchen area. She is a hard worker and seems fast but shouldn't she be able to finish it all? 1700 sq ft minus 2 bedrooms. Any thoughts on this? She is a pleasant person.
