Lisa was able to come and start her appointment early. I was really glad for that because I have dinner guests coming this evening. I told her to focus strictly on the kitchen the bathroom and the living room and she was done with all of that in two hours, she was wonderful. The house looks magnificent. She is just one of the best they have!

Ryan is a hard worker & did a good job, although he admitted that he wasn't feeling quite up to par. Although I told him to go home early & take care of himself, he stayed for nearly an hour longer to gather up all of my trash & take it to the dumpster, then picked up the trash that had been thrown in my front lawn. I am an older adult with physical difficulties, so this was really appreciated.

On time, trustworthy and offered to verify ID, good communication, works hard, respectful of space and floors. A couple minor things went undone, but overall I give Louise a 4/5! Thank you Louise!

She spent 4 + hours cleaning our 2 bathrooms and then sweeping, mopping the rest of the house minus 2 bedrooms. Didn't get to the kitchen area. She is a hard worker and seems fast but shouldn't she be able to finish it all? 1700 sq ft minus 2 bedrooms. Any thoughts on this? She is a pleasant person.

Kevin picked up my request on kind of short notice, after two other appointments with other cleaners were no shows. He showed up on time and got right to work. He wasn't able to get to everything on my list, but worked his way down my prioritized list in the time he had. My bathrooms and floors look very nice.

She is such an asset. She has a great personality so she is awesome to have in the home. She absolutely loves dogs and my dogs love her. Her attention to detail is superb, even things I had not thought of.
