I do wish she could have worked a little quicker so she could have gotten to more of my house than she was able to in our allotted time, but overall she did a great job. I hope to have her again.

Misty did a very thorough job cleaning our home and took her time to make sure she did all jobs to completion. She also listened to our requests and has been one of the only cleaners that has done a good job on cleaning our baseboards. We had some misunderstandings about a start time for the job, otherwise she was close to a 5.

Jailan listened to my concerns & paid very close attention to detail. My house looked as if I had cleaned it myself, but in less time 😄She certainly exceeded my expectations!

Kellie was very friendly and paid attention to the areas of focus. While it did take a little longer than planned, this was expected as she is a one man team. We’re trialing new home cleaners, as our current cleaner has a foursome that is in and out in an hour, but things frequently get missed because of this. There were no missed areas after Kellie left. We will definitely use her again.

I think if you want the daily cleaning Kellie is fine. But I got deep cleaning assignment but I have to clean everything again by myself. Maybe the residual is not something she could clean from her tools. I asked her to clean two bathrooms but did not meet my expection.

Amanda is very steady and methodical in her cleaning. I don’t have an easy house to clean and she did great her first time.

Kellie just finished her first appointment with us -- a 6 hour deep clean. She did a great job with everything we asked her to do! The things that got cleaned were very clean. However, anything that got moved wasn't back where it originally was. The bathroom, one of the main reasons I have the house cleaned, didn't get done.

Cleaning was excellent, but when paying for 6 hours- the cleaner should be allowed to do other basic things to fulfill the time paid for instead of leaving early.

Did a great job, as previously. Not only the best cleaner I've had, but also the most consistent. On-time, doesn't do any of the other stuff others have tried. Responsible and professional. Anyone who gives this cleaner less than 4 stars has unrealistic expectations.

I had asked her to do the dishes, wasn’t done. Kitchen table was not cleaned. Dust bunnies were left under the kitchen cabinets. Microwave wasn’t cleaned out. Kitchen trash wasn’t removed. She did do extra stuff that I appreciated like the extra care when she cleaned my pictures and knickknacks. I am willing to give her another try.
