I am so happy with the job done today! After receiving instructions, they jumped right in and got started cleaning. I like that they are self-directed, asking questions when needed. they also work straight through very diligently. I will definitely use them again!!

Madison is super sweet and a hard worker. My bathrooms really challenged her and she needs a bit more experience there, but I think she’ll take direction well and learn fast. She has a good attitude and is very accommodating. My house smells amazing and overall I am very pleased. I would absolutely have her back.

Alexa was very helpful with helping me get my house tidy and in order. She helped me tremendously ❤️

i’m not sure why I was charged a expedited fee. When the original cleaner canceled my appointment. I should not be charged an additional priority fee. This app has been very difficult to schedule and sort of nailed down the appointments that are sent originally. Not sure if I wanna continue with the service.

Honestly Ive never been more pleased! Our home has never been so clean. Genesis worked so hard, we had the flu over Christmas so you could imagine how badly we needed a cleaning. I could not be more thankful!

She arranged to be here at 12 PM but didn't show up until 1:30 PM. Her vacume cleaner did not work and used ours. She arranged several in each room without first asking us.

There were a couple of little things I noticed, like the kitchen rugs needed to be vacuumed and the hallway toilet could have been cleaned better behind the bidet nozzle, but it wasn’t a big deal and I’d definitely book her again.
