I will be stepping away from having my apartment cleaned for the remainder of the summer. I will pick up again in the fall

Dina was punctual, great in communication and detail oriented and experienced to identify minute spots that needed cleaning . I would always recommend her .

she was very good at what she does and I never had anyone like her so I will be requesting her again. and if you want your house to be cleaned without worrying you can trust her.

Did great cleaning job and esp. able to listed and follow instructions. Will definitely hire in future as needed.

Great. I would like an additional hour though to the promised 3-hours I was given. The bathroom shower was missed so please do this on the next visit.

She cleaned EVERY MINUTE!!!! She knew our house, she new my 88 yr old mom, no babysitting.....she got right to work!!!We LOVE her, We TRUST her!!! She knew what to do, where to do, with what to do.... We need her again on 2 weeks for 2 hours...any day, any time... We are retired and will wait for her extraordinary service!!!!

She did Great!!! I like how she cleaned our house for the span of 3 Hours. What I dont like is I wasnf aware I am tied up with Membership which I didnt want to. I just want to try 3hrs cleaning one time use only and be done with that. Please cancel my membership without any penalties as I wasnt aware of this.

Adriana did a fabulous job! I needed my home move in ready and she did a fantastic job including cleaning the windows throughout the house that appears to never have been washed! I rate her a 5 for friendly, cooperative and excellent work. I'll have her back again!

Franklin is a very hard worker, however, communication was an issue because of the language barrier.

Everything was clean and organized nicely. He even organized my daughter's dresser top and desk which I had given up on!

Things went well once she arrived after she had unexpected car trouble, so she was able to come thus afternoon rather that morning but that was fine as we did not have other plans.

Rutilio and his wife Veronica were great. It was my first time using the app and also my first time having a longer cleaning (7 hours). I wasn’t familiar with what was included and what was not, and they explained and switched a couple of things. Rutilio also did a great job in my closet. You should get Rutilio. You won’t regret it! They deserve great tips for the quality of work they do.

She forgot to go in and clean my toilet area inside my master bathroom. Floor was still dirty. Did not dust my desk off. Did not move a chair or couch to clean under. Couch and chair are light and in the middle of the room. other wise she worked hard fir 6 hours,not the 6.5 I was promised.

there were certain things overlooked and not cleaned. I was also surprised when I was told that changing the beds was not included in dishes are extra. They did a decent job, however Seemed to work slow.
