Young lady came in on time and was very good. Made suggestions for me going forward. Hope to use her again at least once every 2-3 months.

Maddy is super sweet and easy to work with. She cleans fast, but not too fast so that’s it’s half done. And my house smells clean when she leaves. Overall I am happy with her.

Brianna did pretty good, the only thing was when we arrived the floor was extremely wet. I had to remop in order to dry the floor. I will assume she didn't know how to use our mop correctly. Otherwise, she did good.

unfortunately the last 2 times i haven't recieved the 4 hours of cleaning ive paid for. Not sure if it's because I need to decrease the amount of time that's spent here, or if shes been in a hurry.

i’m not sure why I was charged a expedited fee. When the original cleaner canceled my appointment. I should not be charged an additional priority fee. This app has been very difficult to schedule and sort of nailed down the appointments that are sent originally. Not sure if I wanna continue with the service.

Honestly Ive never been more pleased! Our home has never been so clean. Genesis worked so hard, we had the flu over Christmas so you could imagine how badly we needed a cleaning. I could not be more thankful!

She arranged to be here at 12 PM but didn't show up until 1:30 PM. Her vacume cleaner did not work and used ours. She arranged several in each room without first asking us.
