I booked a 6 hour time frame. I didn’t expect to pay extra! When a precise time frame is proposed for a fixed amount that is what a person expects to pay! I would like the company, not Jamestrice to refund the extra money charged. Will you do that?

Brianna did pretty good, the only thing was when we arrived the floor was extremely wet. I had to remop in order to dry the floor. I will assume she didn't know how to use our mop correctly. Otherwise, she did good.

i’m not sure why I was charged a expedited fee. When the original cleaner canceled my appointment. I should not be charged an additional priority fee. This app has been very difficult to schedule and sort of nailed down the appointments that are sent originally. Not sure if I wanna continue with the service.

April was EXCELLENT!!! Everything that I requested was completed from the blinds, ceiling fans, mirrors, to wiping down all appliances and even wiping down the chrome on the base of the kitchen chairs. Initially I was pleased with her service, however, I noticed that she didn't mop under the couches (which easily slide around on my wood floors), nor did she mop under the rug. She also didn’t want any direction on what I desired. It took her 6 hours to do the same work that my new cleaner did in 4. Nevertheless, what she did clean was cleaned well.
