I would give her a 4 1/2 even though it wouldn't let me do that. In the future I would suggest spreading her time out more because she wasn't able to finish all the way. Amanda does a great job cleaning my house. My only concern is the scheduling. My scheduled time was 10am but she didn’t arrive until 12:15pm by my watch. I think this is a management issue. Why schedule an appointment time if it’s not realistic? My time is important also.
