I had to attend a funeral and was running late, but she was kind to come a bit late. she came with her 21 year old daughter, which was a surprise. she vacuumed one room quickly and went to master bath and her daughter cleaned one bath . utilized their time well. we stopped in 1.5 hours as her daughter was cleaning too. overall good.

Jillian came out in terrible weather. She did a very good job on the areas she cleaned. I think she spent a little too much time on the upstairs 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. She stayed over time to finish what she was working on at that time. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would gladly have her clean for me again.
