Anisha did a wonderful job and has a delightful personality. My only suggestion is to communicate more clearly if extra time was needed. A quick check‑in would have helped.

Raquel's work is consistently at a high standard. she does very good work and is congenial and engaging.

Edna was a total professional and very friendly! She was punctual, detailed, respectful of my belongings, and very well equipped.

she did very well with what she did. she was told that we only wanted the bathrooms cleaned so she didn’t have the equipment to do our usual cleaning

she is very sweet and generous with her time! but she left some marks on the floor with her broom. she had to go get materials for cleaning twice. But she didn’t count them toward work hours. overall I like her sweet attitude and honesty!

Elecia showed up 1hr late due to personal issues, which put her behind and I was still charged for an extra hour of cleaning even though my baseboards weren’t cleaned. Other than that, her attitude was pleasant and she did a good job organizing.

What she did was done beautifully. I guess I wasn't clear that I wanted the furniture dusted and all of the downstairs rooms swept and mopped and the master bedroom and hall vacuumed. I kind of assumed that was in the job description. I had paid for the 4 hour special and she was only here for around 2 hours.
