Jillian came out in terrible weather. She did a very good job on the areas she cleaned. I think she spent a little too much time on the upstairs 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. She stayed over time to finish what she was working on at that time. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would gladly have her clean for me again.

I gave Kelly a tip in person. She did an excellent job. We were very pleased with her work. At our age, medical issues can change our plans quickly. We will keep the 11-25-22 appointment, but that will be our last.
