Elecia showed up 1hr late due to personal issues, which put her behind and I was still charged for an extra hour of cleaning even though my baseboards weren’t cleaned. Other than that, her attitude was pleasant and she did a good job organizing.

What she did was done beautifully. I guess I wasn't clear that I wanted the furniture dusted and all of the downstairs rooms swept and mopped and the master bedroom and hall vacuumed. I kind of assumed that was in the job description. I had paid for the 4 hour special and she was only here for around 2 hours.

Monica definitely stayed busy cleaning during our initial 3 hour cleaning, we are scheduling another session with her in 2 weeks.

I was really in a rush to find someone and she came and did a great job. She has a positive attitude, did not mind my nosy puppy, and even played great music.
