Kendall is a very hard worker and she cleans very well. I’m very happy with the way she does things.

I really can’t rate Zakary because he was sent out with no training or real experience. I don’t blame him for the poor job. He really tried. I blame the company for putting both he and I in this terrible position. He’s a lovely person and willing to learn so be prepared for on the job training by you. I give him a 5 for his lovelyness not the cleaning.

Tammy is very personable, she did a good job. I'm kinda fuzzy on the dusting she did but I had a very cluttered house. Otherwise she did what I asked her to do and I was satisfied. I miss understood the extra work (Oven cleaning) but that was done very well, I thought I was to pay that in cash, so I gave Tammy cash for that but its okay I'll just leave it as a tip.

Regina did a very good job. She wasn't only on time, she was early. She sat on her car and waited until 1:00 p.m. and then came to the door 5 minutes early. That's really a pro. She cleaned very well. She's very pleasant. And she has all of her own stuff. I will be using her again.

What she completed was good, but did not finish. Floors in kitchen and main area not mopped and laundry room untouched. Not sure about repeat? I did give her a cash tip for the time she was here.

Alana contacted me as agreed and was at my house on time. We communicated via text because I was still in Florida. I asked her to clean my white wooden floors only. No bathrooms or kitchen work needed but somehow she forgot about the upstairs floors, not sure if it was a misunderstanding.

Sarah is friendly and professional. She was in my home for 3 hours and looked to be diligently cleaning (although to be fair, I wasn't watching as I was in my home office most of the time). Most of the house was cleaned but apparently 3 hours was not enough to completely clean the floors and fold laundry. Hopefully next time!
