I don’t like to complain, Roseanna does an amazing job but the inside of the toilets weren’t clean thoroughly this time around…although everything else was Excellent. I still want her to keep cleaning for me if she still wants too…

Lucelta is amazing, came home from work with my bedroom feeling lighter. My kitchen looks and feel amazing. She is the best, with my busy schedule with 2 jobs you make my home feel and look amazing. My toddler seems to like you too.

Glennasia is a perfectionist, She did a great job on my home!! I have big house and i was nervous when i first see her, she looks so young and i think she was not able to clean my house and she said she will prove it … Omg she surprise me my house is sparkling clean. Thanks Glennasia you are the BEST.. I only want Glennasia to clean my house from now on🙏❤️

She was pretty good, did for the dishes on the oven but it was a lot of work to get done. Definitely appreciate the time she took to clean. thanks

she did an excellent job deep cleaning two bathrooms. I can’t comment on other cleaning as that is all she did. she was late but did call. since I couldn’t be there and my sister was filling in for me this two hours late was an inconvenience. also I did not appreciate her talking religion to me

when I walked in I could smell the freshness of the place. The windows in all of the bedrooms and common spaces were sparkling clean. The floors were nice and clean. The bathroom mirrors were clean, the sinks and toilets were cleaned. The kitchen appliances were immaculate. The stove was clean and refrigerator was awesome!! I loved the entire apartment.

I have to be honest, my experience overall has been hit or miss. That said, the cleaner who came today was excellent. She was fast, organized, thorough, and knew exactly how to prioritize her time. My home looks great, and I could tell she genuinely cared about doing a good job. I hope to work with her again.

It surprises me that people could leave undeserving poor ratings on a cleaner. It is just jealousy rearing it's ugly head. Charlotte is 5 star cleaner all the way. She came to my home a did a wonderful job. It smelled clean and fresh when she was done. If you want a clean house request Charlotte Newsome you will be satisfied.

She was slow & I had to give instructions several times. she ended up doing things I didn’t ask for which used up time. the job could easily be done in 2 hours IMO

I just felt the dusting wasn’t done, Also, the area behind the toilet seat was not done at all. But everything else is great. It smelled wonderful to come into my house. The patio look nice. The floors are wonderful by all means.

She did a wonderful cleaning job! She was here for 4 hours and did a thorough cleaning, including oil protection on our cast iron stove plate. She was kind and timely.
