I would like a refund on the 20min. You can so easily turn around and charge my card but can you also refund my 20 min with the same ease

This was my very first time, hiring a cleaning service, so I wasn't sure of what all to expect. Krizzie, did a good job cleaning for the most part, but missed a few things, like dusting, and cleaning the mirrors in the bathroom, and not polishing the wood tables. Otherwise she was very friendly and showed up early, ready to get started.

Kay did an amazing job. She is very thorough and does great deep cleaning. I would highly recommend her.
