She was late but Her cleaning was great. Home a glow limits her ability to clean by charging extra fees for every task. Such as cleaning your refrigerator or base boards. Cleaning your oven is extra too. Not her fault.

She arrived at 0845 and got to work straight away. She was actually here for 1.75 hours only but misskeyed when she put her time in. I asked for the floors to be cleaned (vacuumed and mopped), the bathrooms to be cleaned and the furniture to be dusted. I look forward to her coming again next week.

It’s a joy to have her at my home. She loves my pets. And just a good person that brightens your day/night.

I’ve been dealing with a broken leg and felt pretty useless but Cynthia was understanding and lovely. She made sure to ask me if things were done correctly and if there was anything else I needed done on multiple occasions. She respected my home and my dog who is a nut! My only concern is with the number of cell phone calls Christy receives that cuts into the time I have paid for. She doesn't talk long but there are sevral interruptions. She's still a five in my book.

I gave him a cash tip, when he was here, because he said he needed gas money. Apparently you send some cleaners through a subcontractor and they hadn’t paid him for 2 weeks ( saying their system is down). Please look into your subcontractors

She did a phenomenal job. I’m not sure we will use her again because my niece came out “retirement” when I told her I used someone else. This lady is old-school “let-me get-my-toothbrush” and scrub your floors. I am very happy and would love to see her following grow. She did a phenomenal job.
