Overall was ok as it was a 3 night weekend stay and there was a deep cleaning prior to these guests. 3 mirrors in the bathrooms had streaked and the trash can lid in the kitchen was dirty.

beds should of been made as I mentioned to you, but im assuming you did not understand. there’s a few things over looked for dusting in the master bedroom and quest room. other than that house is good. Thank you for your cleaning

Very personable. Not as thorough as I would like. Didn't clean mirrors or ceiling fans. Didn't move couch or coffee table to clean underneath. Found top of fridge, behind counter appliances and toaster over/ air fryer still dirty. Asked him to clean and he stated that he would have to charge for extra time!!! Huh, should have been done in the first place.

Yamilet did a good job cleaning the areas addressed even though we had a severe language barrier that made my needs harder to share. She arrived with a partner, so they zipped through in 1.5 hours instead of 3 hours, which I had not expected, giving me more time for my own projects.

Nicole arrived on time. She was very friendly and got right to work. She did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend her to others. My sink had problems with drainage so she went the extra mile by making a makeshift sink using two large plastic containers. What a great worker she turned out to be.

This was my very first time, hiring a cleaning service, so I wasn't sure of what all to expect. Krizzie, did a good job cleaning for the most part, but missed a few things, like dusting, and cleaning the mirrors in the bathroom, and not polishing the wood tables. Otherwise she was very friendly and showed up early, ready to get started.

I have been using Tammy for months. She is always extremely thorough and pleasant to deal with. She works around my husband, who is on hospice. She is perfect. I am 75 years old, and I have never had a cleaner work and clean as deeply and well as she does.

Mayra continues to do an excellent job every time she visits our home. It is a pleasure working with her!

Ana did a wonderful job for the most part. I would of given 5 stars if the items on shelves, counter tops and window sills were not all moved to different places then I had them and the floors were all thoroughly vacuumed. Ana was punctual , pleasant, and went right to work cleaning. My windows, bathrooms, and kitchen all were well cleaned. I will use her services again.

Ivanna is a sweet caring person . I was running late for something i needed to do and with my bed sheets in hand she offered me to just put them on the bed and she would do it…. It may seem like a little thing but meant a lot to me! I absolutely enjoy seeing her!
