Hi! I am Andrew, a native of Tallahassee. I have been cleaning commercially on and off for about 10 years now. I first started out cleaning big department stores such as Best Buy and Home Depot and Target with one of the largest janitorial companies in North America. I cleaned at a ski resort when I lived in Colorado and I recently worked with a local company that cleans private schools here in town. I got the idea to start cleaning homes when I was doing house sitting recently and saw a commercial on satellite TV for Home-a-glow. I decided since I am already in the dog sitting business and stay in people's homes with their pets I might as well offer cleaning services to people out there that need their homes cleaned and if you have a pet don't feel like you need to put them away while I am there. I LOVE furry friends of all types and would love to have a little company while cleaning but if you're a pet-free home that's ok too. So let me specify when you're on my roster what you'll receive is a basic cleaning as specified when you signed up for service if you're requesting base boards, wall wipe downs, carpet cleaning, bed cleaning, ovens, fridges, ECT... That is considered a deep cleaning and it will be additional charges for that. If I come to you and your home needs a deep cleaning you'll have the opportunity to reschedule for just that I will not proceed with the scheduled basic cleaning. I nolonger do deep cleanings unless I'm booked specifically for just that a deep clean. I like communication if I can't reach you when needed then we probably shouldn't even waste each other's time. I'll respect your property just respect me. If I'm cleaning for you I'm going to request you come and look at the rooms after I finish each room so at that moment if you're not satisfied you can speak up and let me know. If you're not satisfied tell me then don't wait 3 or 4 weeks after the cleaning and then complain when you had the opportunity to have any problems resolved when we do the walk through. I do not offer refunds. Further more I have no control over if you get booked and didn't request it you need to call the company directly and have them cancel I have no control over that.
