Lovely. I feel like thanks to Mark and his team I have some free time to take on organizing and take on some projects that I have been putting off. With a 3,500 sq ft house, an Airbnb and 3 large dogs currently in residence. I needed help. Very professional and friendly. She was really nice but showed up a little over an hour late and she was pretty thorough but could have spent a little more time in the master bath. The toilets were cleaned beautifully but there was still soap scum on the shower door of the master bath and still dirty in some areas.
