Overall, I had a good experience with today’s cleaning. She was very kind, professional, and did a solid job throughout most of the home. I did notice the shower could have used a bit more attention, I still appreciate the effort and positive attitude she brought. With a little more detail in certain areas, it would easily be a great experience all around.

When I came home from work I was so impressed!! She was absolutely amazing, it was a big task and she blew it out of the water!! She was also very respectful and kind, I felt very comfortable with her in my home. She did better than anything I could've imagined and her extra little touches made my husband and I so happy. Kinberly is very nice and did a thorough job cleaning. She spent a lot of time in the master and bath, and didn't quite get done all my wife would have liked, but we will rehire her next month.

A bit disappointed that we found numerous cobwebs and the windows weren’t cleaned. Hard to say if the baseboards were cleaned. It was an empty townhouse. The kitchen and bathrooms looked good.
