Overall the cleaning was great but I paid extra to have my refrigerator cleaned and it was not cleaned at all. I cleaned it myself in the midst of the move which was very disappointing. Still Nicole did a great job with the work she didn.

Lacey did a great job cleaning. Communication regarding her transportation issues could have been better. Also I am very sensitive to cigarettes and smoking out front while the door is cracked was not the best idea given that it caused the whole house to smell.

Unfortunately, the experience this time didn’t quite meet my expectations as the last time. There were areas that seemed to have been missed, such as dust in the bathroom cabinets, the powder room was not cleaned at all, as well as on the stove had dust not cleaned. I also noticed some spots on the living room floors that weren’t properly cleaned. Hope next time will be a better experience.

So thorough with her cleaning of my small apartment before my mother came! She was very mindful of my cat and his odd tendencies 😂 But she started my weekend off right, and I hope she comes back every month!

Thanks Steven for cleaning my house but both showers were barely cleaned. I was kind disappointment when I came back home and see the showers almost the same as it was. that was my main area I scheduled for the service. the floor was not mopped, and my bed was not well made.

Robert did a great job! He was a good communicator and very respectful. He remained calm as we had to use different rooms while he was still cleaning. Plus, he took some extra steps that were truly appreciated and handled layers of husky shedding with grace.

I think she has a magic wand or something, because what she accomplished in terms of cleaning and organizing my kids rooms (and on her first visit with us) who have entirely too much stuff and very limited storage, was nothing short of a miracle. Not to mention the rest of the house, and she did it all very quickly. If you can book her, DO IT!!!

Naveah was really nice and clean the house mostly good. Unfortunately I couldn’t be there to see the house once she finished, and it was pretty late. On the next day I could see that the upstairs windows weren’t completely clean, and some dirt on the floor. I was moving and the new owners complained about the floors and kitchen countertops being dirty.

She did a great job cleaning. The only suggestion I have is to use less cleaning solution when mopping. There was a residue on the floors from too much cleaning solution.

I prefer the appointment start at 11 and not 2 o’clock especially when 2 o’clock turns into 230. That’s a problem for me. It was my understanding that the cleaners would bring their own equipment ie vacuum cleaner. Don’t misunderstand I still like this cleaner.

Her work was very thorough and exceptional and was very respectful plus communicative. After the full 6 hours I was extremely satisfied and she worked the full 6 hours. Would Recommend!

Jerri is wonderful and very friendly. She did a thorough job and asked us to double-check everything. We found only a few minor things. She will readily use any cleaners and tools if you have specific requests. She will not touch things that you ask her not to and does her best to put everything back in it's place.

Honestly, I was going to cancel this service before Ashley came today. It's been 2 months of one ridiculous situation after another and the house has never been clean: poor quality work, leaving early, not cleaning entire rooms, asking for cash to complete the job-just ridiculous. Ashley is great; I don't want anyone but her.
