Sarah was fantastic. Our original cleaner cancelled last minute and Sarah picked up the job quickly and was able to make it to our house the same morning. She was very efficient, detailed and kind.

Cleaning looks good but communication was challenging at first, she was 2 hours late, seemed to get lost and I had to keep following up to see when and if she was coming.

Kathleen was a pleasure to communicate with and very accommodating. This clean was a gift for my best friend as she was moving out to a new place. She conveyed that Kathleen was great and did a good job!

Diane started with rooms to prioritize at the start. She moved from room to room, highest priority first. After cleaning thoroughly, by herself, she would move to the next room on the priority list. She worked around me nicely, as I was clearing out small, leftover items from the previous owner. The job was quoted for 10 hours but only took about 6 hours.

Absolutely worth every penny. She is very detailed and very enjoyable to work with. Highly recommended!!

Tony was unable to clean as he had a family emergency. Family comes first. This was not Tony’s fault. I really liked him. We want to cancel all future cleaning by anyone in your company as you have a hard time getting someone here. We cannot prepare & not get cleaned. If I see your company’s charges on my credit card, I will not pay. I will have the card company decline them.

She had a busy week at her main job and had to reschedule and came a little later than planned. She did a good job communicating all of this though. Her and her husband cleaned together and they were quick and efficient. There were a few minor things we will talk about next time, and it always takes a few visits to get in the same page as a cleaner. Overall they did a wonderful job!
