Nancy is a good cleaner. She missed a couple of things, not bad though. The only thing I was troubled by is that she did not know how to extend her visit so she could finish my house. Cleaning looks good but communication was challenging at first, she was 2 hours late, seemed to get lost and I had to keep following up to see when and if she was coming.

Diane started with rooms to prioritize at the start. She moved from room to room, highest priority first. After cleaning thoroughly, by herself, she would move to the next room on the priority list. She worked around me nicely, as I was clearing out small, leftover items from the previous owner. The job was quoted for 10 hours but only took about 6 hours.
