Selena is excellent! She was very thorough and when I went to bed last night, it felt like I was at a hotel! Gave her a quick tour at the get go and she didn’t really need any direction after that. Even helped me figure out how to wash the Ruggable rug and it was dry by the time she was done, yet stayed a few more minutes to help me place the rug in the right spot.

Alfred is professional, friendly and prides himself on his work and I’m currently luxuriating in the results. My house had not been cleaned for a long time and Yennifer worked tirelessly for 6 hours straight. She did a good job. Communication in English would have been very helpful, but overall was not a problem.

Nicolle brought up another person to help and they were fast and broke their butts getting things done in half the time. They were also very nice to our cat Tabitha who usually runs away with new people but seemed to be obsessed with them. If Tabitha likes someone, you can count on them being good people. Her instincts are never wrong. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this team again.

She had a busy week at her main job and had to reschedule and came a little later than planned. She did a good job communicating all of this though. Her and her husband cleaned together and they were quick and efficient. There were a few minor things we will talk about next time, and it always takes a few visits to get in the same page as a cleaner. Overall they did a wonderful job!
