We knew our home was in bad shape after not having a good deep cleaning in a very long time. Nicolle not only met all of our expectations but went WAY above and beyond! Kawane was wonderful. She did an excellent job. Not only did she complete the work in a much more than satisfactory way, but her charm and warm, engaging personality made her being here a joy. We have already given Kawane a tip.

She had a busy week at her main job and had to reschedule and came a little later than planned. She did a good job communicating all of this though. Her and her husband cleaned together and they were quick and efficient. There were a few minor things we will talk about next time, and it always takes a few visits to get in the same page as a cleaner. Overall they did a wonderful job!

We meant to submit this a while back, but Jennifer cleaned our house a couple of months ago. She really went above and beyond and made sure we were pleased with her work before she left. This was all in context of having a bunch of people in and out of the house doing repairs which also required the dogs to be inside while she was working. Excellent job-highly recommend!

Tana was energetic and very thorough! I was impressed that she even made a make shift long-handled duster out of painter tools to be able to get dust and cobwebs from the very hard high spots and corners of the ceilings. Great work!
