Nahomi (Angel's crew) did a great job! She does not speak English but was very patient with my attempts at Spanish. She also used an online translator on her phone. She was very thorough and did even more than I expected in the time allowed. I look forward to having her come back!

Naomi is from Venezuela and does not speak much English, but we managed communication smoothly using voice text messages. She followed all of my instructions and demonstrated good work ethic. My house was thoroughly cleaned. I initially booked a five-hour cleaning to also cover baseboards, but we didn't get that far. Overall, the cleaning met my expectations, and I would consider hiring her again.

she did a great job! was on time and so friendly with my dogs, and just went right to work. my place looks awesome!

Things looked good, but some items weren't put back where they belong. Just small things like the mats being switched in the downstairs, a washcloth missing in the master. Also, the floors were a little "sticky" from the cleaner used. Not sure if that needs a rinse or a different cleaner would be better.

She is literally a cleaning goddess!! I can not praise Naibely enough. She is one of the MOST outstanding cleaner I have ever had. As an artist, I am the epitome of the "creative stereotype" messy and disorganized. In 3 hours she transforms the category 6 hurricane of my place into a beautiful organized oasis. I could not recommend a cleaner more in my life.

Charles was great! From the beginning he was energetic and moving fast. IT WAS EASILY one of the best cleanings we've had. He did what 3 people couldn't do successfully. He is easily one of the most respectful and personable and easy to communicate with cleaners ever.

booked 4 hours plus window add ons which added an additional hour to allow time. she started packing up under the 4 hour appointment..Apartment looked nice after, but asked her to go over the windows again they where rushed through and you could see streaks everywhere.

The language barrier that we have has become a bigger problem as time has gone on. Many times we both have to repeat what we are saying 2-3 or more times. Takes quite a bit of time for the simplest statements or clarifications. I will give this one more time cleaning and then I want to try a different cleaner.

She was late 30 minutes. I could not have her go past 8:00 so she was only here for an hour and a half
