Walk-in master bedroom closet carpet was not vacuumed. Mirrors in bathrooms and glass doors on microwave and oven were streaked. Otherwise, it was good.

Amazingly well done, my apartment is like new! Such a nice attention to detail. Woild highly, highly recommend!

Julie was fantastic. So meticulous and thorough. She really goes above and beyond to make sure your house is clean and organized!

Things looked good, but some items weren't put back where they belong. Just small things like the mats being switched in the downstairs, a washcloth missing in the master. Also, the floors were a little "sticky" from the cleaner used. Not sure if that needs a rinse or a different cleaner would be better.

She has done an excellent job but I did nit finish all the cleaning and organizing part during my 5 hours cleaning time. I feel she is little slow otherwise she is very understanding.

Michelle did a great job! She is the best cleaner we have had since starting with Homeaglow. I will be using her again.

my place was a disaster after a weekend of bachelor and friends coming in. then I got sick. horrible week, mess everywhere. they really came in and did a fantastic job and it really turned my week around. very nice, very professional and worked hard. place looks unreal

Jaimar did an exceptional job on our bathrooms. we have had four other cleaners and no one got to the things she cleaned. we were very pleased

Viviana did an excellent job and was polite, professional, and quick to respond to messages. She really paid attention to small details like straightening the books on my bookshelf and organizing the items on my kitchen counter. I will definitely request her again.

Adrianna did a great job cleaning but I didn’t like the fact that she was on the phone most of the time. She also left some bath mats in the bedroom so maybe do a last minute walkthrough before leaving. She was very personable and I enjoyed having her in my home.

Yeison and sister did a great job. Very friendly and punctual. They don’t speak any English, but their translator app made it very easy.. I did not have a problem with that at all. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Star was on time. She was very efficient and nearly completed more work in 2 hrs than the last cleaner did in 4 hrs!! I will definitely have her back.

Good job but the real reason we booked 4 hours was to get the refrigerator cleaned . I forgot to mention it to Sequoia, but it was on the website that I wanted it done.

Joseph was polite and punctual, and did a very nice job. He was very responsive to any requests to pay attention to the outside of the cupboards in the kitchen. For example, and really made a great difference in my husband’s room. I really appreciated his help.

Samantha did an excellent job!!! However, I was surprised and shocked that HomeAglow booked me for additional appointments without my consent. I need better control over when I want (or do not want) a cleaner.

Please stay for a full six hours next time, that way you can get all the floors… but overall did fairly well

Diana was attentive to every detail we had discussed as a priority to us, and was very easy to communicate with. She did a great job! I gave a cash tip but will tip online next time.

We meant to submit this a while back, but Jennifer cleaned our house a couple of months ago. She really went above and beyond and made sure we were pleased with her work before she left. This was all in context of having a bunch of people in and out of the house doing repairs which also required the dogs to be inside while she was working. Excellent job-highly recommend!

Dawn is FABULOUS!! Very detail oriented and spread her time out for a deep clean in the right ways and just a good tidy where I requested. VERY happy with her job!

Dawn did a great job. This was her first time here and I was in a meeting when she arrived so we couldn't to a walk though together, but she just got right to it, focused on the priority areas, and did an amazing job with very little direction.

She was great and I hate to say it because other people will want her to come to their house and she will be harder to book!

I was charged for 6 hours and she initially worked 4 had her go back over missed cleaning. Still not satisfied. She needs to pay attention to the details and not rush to do a half ass job.

I appreciated that she had me check each room before she left to make sure it was up to my standard.

Carol did fantastic! I have a jungle of plants that many other cleaners have had trouble cleaning around- and I'm usually left disappointed by dirt still hanging out on my shelves. But Carol did a wonderful job cleaning around my plants, leaving my jungle happy and my shelves spotless! Really impressed!

She is very efficient and I love how she cleanes the house. We have 2 cats and when she leaves it looks very nice, no hair anywhere. Also she is very respectful and kind with the kitties. Thanks Dawn for coming home.

Carolyn was amazing--she was incredibly thorough, timely, and professional. She did deep cleaning on very thick dust and took away grimy areas in my kitchen that I know would not be possible for me to clean as thoroughly, and not for lack of effort--she knows how to match the right products to the problem, and she takes care of them with great skill and ease. I'd hire her again for sure!

Donna was prompt and made it to my house in the mountains after a heavy snow (I had been plowed). Donna did a decent job and I have no complaints; I just didn't get the "excellent" vibe I got from the first person who came and cleaned my house. I gave Donna a cash tip the day she cleaned, so I'm not including anything here.
