Patrick did a great job on a very dirty bathroom and had enough time remaining to clean the kitchen sink and countertops and sweep the floors. He communicated well with me to let me know he was running late, which I appreciated.

Samantha is very respectful and does a great job helping us with a very active household. We definitely recommend her.

Robyn is very professional and thorough. She always allows me to specify any particular needs the I have and is happy to see those taken care of. As I work from home, she's respectful of that and somehow always manages to get the house looking great without affecting my productivity. She is an absolute joy and I couldn't be happier with her, her work ethic, or the quality of her work.

Kawane was wonderful. She did an excellent job. Not only did she complete the work in a much more than satisfactory way, but her charm and warm, engaging personality made her being here a joy. We have already given Kawane a tip.

She had a busy week at her main job and had to reschedule and came a little later than planned. She did a good job communicating all of this though. Her and her husband cleaned together and they were quick and efficient. There were a few minor things we will talk about next time, and it always takes a few visits to get in the same page as a cleaner. Overall they did a wonderful job!

Caitlin took the time to make sure everything was well taken care of and made sure it was to our liking before she left. Would certainly have back!

Good job but the real reason we booked 4 hours was to get the refrigerator cleaned . I forgot to mention it to Sequoia, but it was on the website that I wanted it done.

Joseph was polite and punctual, and did a very nice job. He was very responsive to any requests to pay attention to the outside of the cupboards in the kitchen. For example, and really made a great difference in my husband’s room. I really appreciated his help.

Samantha did an excellent job!!! However, I was surprised and shocked that HomeAglow booked me for additional appointments without my consent. I need better control over when I want (or do not want) a cleaner.

Diana was attentive to every detail we had discussed as a priority to us, and was very easy to communicate with. She did a great job! I gave a cash tip but will tip online next time.

We meant to submit this a while back, but Jennifer cleaned our house a couple of months ago. She really went above and beyond and made sure we were pleased with her work before she left. This was all in context of having a bunch of people in and out of the house doing repairs which also required the dogs to be inside while she was working. Excellent job-highly recommend!

Dawn is FABULOUS!! Very detail oriented and spread her time out for a deep clean in the right ways and just a good tidy where I requested. VERY happy with her job!

Dawn did a great job. This was her first time here and I was in a meeting when she arrived so we couldn't to a walk though together, but she just got right to it, focused on the priority areas, and did an amazing job with very little direction.

She was great and I hate to say it because other people will want her to come to their house and she will be harder to book!

Angelia did a wonderful job cleaning our house today. She showed up early and was a pleasure to have in our home.

I was charged for 6 hours and she initially worked 4 had her go back over missed cleaning. Still not satisfied. She needs to pay attention to the details and not rush to do a half ass job.

I appreciated that she had me check each room before she left to make sure it was up to my standard.

Carol did fantastic! I have a jungle of plants that many other cleaners have had trouble cleaning around- and I'm usually left disappointed by dirt still hanging out on my shelves. But Carol did a wonderful job cleaning around my plants, leaving my jungle happy and my shelves spotless! Really impressed!

She is very efficient and I love how she cleanes the house. We have 2 cats and when she leaves it looks very nice, no hair anywhere. Also she is very respectful and kind with the kitties. Thanks Dawn for coming home.

Carolyn was amazing--she was incredibly thorough, timely, and professional. She did deep cleaning on very thick dust and took away grimy areas in my kitchen that I know would not be possible for me to clean as thoroughly, and not for lack of effort--she knows how to match the right products to the problem, and she takes care of them with great skill and ease. I'd hire her again for sure!

Donna was prompt and made it to my house in the mountains after a heavy snow (I had been plowed). Donna did a decent job and I have no complaints; I just didn't get the "excellent" vibe I got from the first person who came and cleaned my house. I gave Donna a cash tip the day she cleaned, so I'm not including anything here.
