The cleaning was really good and the woman cleaning was really nice. The only reason this was not 5 stars was because they showed up 3.5 hours late and it was clear that this appointment had been forgotten. Communication about when they would show up was a struggle and they did not return messages. This highly impacted our day.

Tiffany was wonderful. Very nice. Great personality and she made everything she touched sparkle. I have a stainless steel refrigerator that shows every fingerprint and is really difficult to remove them She made it shine which I loved. I gave four stars because she didn't bring her own products and used mine. It's not a big deal but it's been my experience that cleaners bring their own supplies.

I did not think it was appropriate to empty the bathroom garbage cans into the kitchen garbage can. It also doesnt appear as he cleaned the dining room glass tabletop. He did a super job on the kitchen and hardwood floors.

We've had 4 dazzlers, and by far she has blown them all away. The best, most thorough, kind, and trustworthy kind of human you would like in your home. My teenager met her for maybe 2 minutes and said, "Wow. She's so cool!". High marks from kids means everything. The place looks great and we look forward to having her back again in 2 weeks!

She respected that we had 1 yr old triplets and avoided areas that would disturb them during their nap if it were too loud. Looking forward to having her again!

She was friendly and clean the window glasses and shower and did the dusting really well. She was good neat cleaner however wish she did more thoroughly job on the floor and little hard scrub in the bathroom sinks. Overall, great job
