We loved Christine's service! She was communicative, punctual (early, actually), and got to it as soon as I pointed her in the right direction. We asked for a clean house, and she nailed it! Thorough, yet still courteous with all of our trinkets. She got everything done under the time allotted and we were only charged for her time working. We would love to have Christine back again!

I was upset with the cost of this service but I allowed Hearher to return. I just want to say my place Sparkled. The beds were neat and I couldn’t wait to get into it. The house has a fragrance that makes you want to bring everyone home. Unfortunately for my grandchildren I won’t let them come over the weekend after she has beautified the house just so I can savor it.

But, overall, I am pleased with their demeanour and they both were communicating with each other telling each other what's been done and what's left to be done. That was awesome! Absolutrly fantastic. Before she even started cleaning my roommate (I’m in the hospital so not home) texted me and told me she loved her. Just meaning she was great even before she started cleaning. Then afterwards she texted me and said she absolutely loved her cleaning. She did a great job and even mopped the floors which was what I needed.

Excellent cleaner but moved some kitchen items to other locations requiring a 30 minute hunt to locate. Also placed top sheet on bed turned at 90 degrees to usual so I had to tear down and remake bed.

Wendy was great and cleaned well. Unfortunately she was a little slow and didn't get the whole house done which meant I had to do it. It kind of defeats the purpose of hiring someone. i’m still leaving a tip because I believe that it’s not a lot of money for 3 1/2 hours worth of work and everybody’s got to make a living. He did a great job on the kitchen and the floors. She was very nice and hard working. I feel I communicated clearly that the bathrooms were firt priority and one of the bathrooms did not get done and they had moved on to other tasks in the house. A bit disappointed with that, but over all happy with the experience.
