Carolina did a good job for our first cleaning. She is hard-working and ended at the 3 hour timeframe. She doesn’t speak much English, but we could understand each other using our minimal Spanish. We would recommend her.

Joseph was very thorough and friendly! I had to work from home while he was cleaning and he was very mindful about making noise and asking questions before proceeding. If anything, he was quite early to arrive for the appointment and I had meetings so could not have him start earlier, but he showed up on time after that and finished on the dot.

Miriam H is professional, conscientious and extremely efficient. I wasn’t feeling well today, so I stayed in my bedroom to prevent getting anyone sick, but she still handled everything.

Shanice did a great job, she got everything done I hoped she would in the 4 hours i booked. Everything was tidy and in its place. We had a little mix up on arrival time, so next time I’ll make its very clear over text that the appointment is confirmed at the specified time and plan to be a little flexible on start and stop time.

she’s great! I really like her. curious about the timing though because we get 2 hours and she finished in 1.5 hours. curious if that’s a honeglow thing or Bobbie thing?

Andrea was great! she came in and spent perhaps 3 minutes. assessing, told me she had a game plan, that I was free to do me, and she'd work around me. She was thorough, practical and smart about how she spent her energy, pleasant to have in the house, and did a nice job!

Luz cleaned beautifully all what I asked, even she was mostly in the phone talking with someone all the time. She could have been even better if she could reduce time on the phone to focus on the work.

She cleans with so much attention to detail and care, and she is also a very nice and kind person. It’s always a pleasure to have her around, and I truly appreciate her amazing work.

The only issue is the product used on the floor. I will be happy to help her with the products I prefer and supply them as well.

She did an excellent job. communicative, hard working, and thorough. booked her for 4 hours, she did dirty dishes(some moldy-post hospital stay), bathroom, and living room. we didn’t not organize bedroom/office clean up. she was excellent and efficient. she took action when we pointed towards some dusty glass shelves. Bailey works hard, and she is very thorough. we are very happy with her work.

She is a very hardworking and kind lady. There was a slight language barrier since she does not speak English, but overall communication was manageable. The floor mopping could have been done more thoroughly, as the floors felt a bit sticky afterward and there were noticeable water marks, possibly due to the mop or cleaning rag not being fully clean.

Giselle did great - our apartment is very clean. My only complaint is that the kitchen floor is not as clean as I'd of liked it to be, but maybe I'm being picky.

He was not able to complete everything that I wanted done. He had asked me about some moldy pizza crust I had, but he did not ask about the rotten veggies in the fridge.

Denise is great! She works hard and fast. In-depth cleaning, reorganizing, she can do it all! My kitchen and bathrooms were a hot mess, and I am so happy with the results!

The cleaning by Christian and colleague was really good, they left the place neat and clean but the price quoted and service took longer than 4 hrs/2 people (communicated during cleaning) for a 2 bed 2 bath house and we incurred extra cost. Hoping to get quicker service on the next cleaning.

Slim is a good cleaner, but he said he would come at time and date requested (April 17 at 8:30), but the night before said he could not come, but would work on Sunday. We said "no" to Sunday and he asked to come Monday at 11:00. We asked for him to come at 8:30. He said he would try for 10:00. He came at 11:00. We prefer Daniel or Naomi for cleaners because they are good and do come by 9:00.

My first time hiring Cristian for my house cleaning, super impressed with him and his team’s work, he was on time, did a marvelous job cleaning the bathroom rooms and bedroom. very polite and charming person and so was his team’s members Uno. 2 thumbs up, highly recommend Cristian and will only work with him every 2 weeks

Neibis has cleaned my apartment a couple of times. She is very quick and works well without a lot of direction. For the most part she’s thorough but I do occasionally find areas that still have dust or counters that don’t seem wiped.

heidy was punctual, respectful and polite. she arrived all set and ready to get to work. I showed her around the areas where I need her helped cleaned and she got started almost immediately. she worked really diligently and I was happy with the results. It was a job well done.
