Excellent, thorough clean and very kind to interact with. She has a very calm energy, which was great for being around my dogs and child.

She was amazing. We had a kitchen remodel complete and I finished my college degree ..Al between Jan to May. My MBR and bathroom was a mess and it was the day after Mother’s Day…kitchen was a hot mess from 6 adult kids cooking for me. Kelly came in and made it immaculately clean. She checked in every step to see if I was pleased with what she had completed. Diligence and expedient!

Maribel's team is excellent! Great attention to detail, with impressive ability to clean all the "expected" areas in detail plus doing "extras" in the allotted time. Great communication over text, everything was timely and organized. Thank you!

Kellie was very good. She worked hard at cleaning a very hard room to clean. She was insightful. I helped her. I think she spent a little too long in unnecessary areas. She barely did anything to the floor in the little room. She asked to be paid only for six hours even though she stayed longer.

Livaine and her partner were great, but I wasn't expecting a processing fee and exorbitant credit csrd use fee of 15%. I would gladly write a check if you can refund the credit carf. Othereise we will not be using your company services again.

Micaela did a great job getting out the stubborn tub stains and very methodically cleaned around my clutter. I'm taking off a star because she steamed my wood floors. I asked if that would damage the floors, and she insisted it wouldn't, but the finish is definitely duller.

Bryanna did ok. I had trouble communicating with her but she is really nice. I would love to like her work but she left the floor of the bathroom wet and the cleaning is not very thorough. I had other cleaners do my bathroom and they usually wipe all surfaces and leaves the floor and surfaces dry.

Miriam is a consummate professional that manages to come across as a friendly neighbor here to help you throughout your day. I always feel confident that I will come back to a pristine place once Miriam has worked her magic! She not only cleans the space well, but provides tips on things I can do to prolong the cleanliness of my space.

The work done was great . Elsa is very pleasant and good worker. I definitely like to have her for my next cleaning time.

Cleaned places I didn’t even know needed cleaning, and got everything done in the timeline. Also worked around me being home with my dog seamlessly.

She had a emergency that came up which made her start a little after the fact . But once she arrived she was great. Would likely be hiring her again

Tina did exactly the kind of cleaning I was in need of . . . deep, detailed, moving things to dust and clean under things. Basically she cleaned things that had not been cleaned for years by other cleaning services! And she did such a wonderful job of communicating to me using Google Translate. AMAZING!

Always does an incredible job and makes my home feel brand new. Great communication, fast and thorough cleaner, and not afraid of my friendly (big) dogs who happily jumped up on her. Professional and gracious about my house (wrecked by said dogs and a 6 year old human). Went the extra mile and washed the windows inside and out without my asking.

I was really impressed with the cleaning that got done. We’re just moving into a place that had the roof replaced and with open beamed ceilings, debris was everywhere. I was very impressed. I’m not too certain that she spoke English

Enjoyed Tia, she was very respectful and kind. I have a couple of suggestions, items moved should be put back in place and the shower doors were not cleaned properly, I must say there is a skill to cleaning them.

For the most part does a really good job but doesn’t pay attention to details. Wiping the tray on the ottoman, vacuuming the cat tree cleaning microwave. But overall is consistent enough and better than others

Eliana cleans well. I'm not sure if this was a communication issue between her and Homeaglow, but the dusting I requested was not done. More attention to detail is needed, for example cleaning the light switches and spot cleaning the walls. Overall I am satisfied with the cleaning she did do, the floors were so clean and she did a great job cleaning the bedrooms.

Luis did a great job at my house. She's meticulous with cleaning kitchen cabinets and worked really fast!

Very kind! I’ve got three cats and a dog and she did great with all of them. Booked for four hrs, did the dishes, cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. She did a great job, this was my first professional clean and she did great!

The person on the photo is not the person that actually showed up for the job. Although she did a good job on what she did clean, the oven was not cleaned and was requested. The kitchen floor was not mopped either. Looking forward to the next cleaning so we can get those areas addressed.

Great cleaner. Not so great at being on time to appointment. Twice now I've had my times changed. I find this very frustrating. Otherwise she's fantastic.

Heather cleaned our apartment recently and honestly did an amazing job. She was super thorough—she even cleaned spots we usually forget about, like the knobs on the oven and the inside of the microwave. The place looked and smelled so fresh afterward. You can tell she really takes pride in her work, and she was also just really friendly and easy to communicate with.

Anna Mopped the Upstairs bathroom floors using too much water, causing water to leak and dampen the Downstairs ceiling. In the future to avoid water damage, best to use my Steamer Mop which leaves no water and will not cause future ceiling or floor damage.

I have a Newfoundland and he is double coated so the fur is everywhere usually. Naomy did such a good job and my house smells and feels so clean.

Frida was nice to talk to. She seemed to understand me a lot. The only thing is I wasn’t able to be there to supervise as much being preoccupied with my kids. I could have got a lot more done.

Elizabeth was excellent! She was very accommodating when I asked for a rescheduling to a later time and even when I ran a bit late coming home after work. Great communicator, and cleaner! She asked what were my main pain points with my apartment and really cared to ensure I was happy. Will book again (if she’s not already booked up!)

It was two different people. They did use the product I asked to used. Did not clean my tv. Also they did not speak english which made it difficult to give instructions. 1.5 hrs spent

She was quick and did a good job. My only suggestion would be to take note of the cleaning notes and entry notes. I leave specific instructions because I am often in meeting calls and it’s frustrating to answer questions about things I have specifically called out in the notes.
