she is very thoughtful and thorough in her approach to look for every nook and corner. no directions whatsoever beyond showing around the house to clean. very patient and takes ample time to address everything. she was also very much punctual and on dot time to finish ♥️

I am confused by the different ladies who show up under the name “Sandra” and charging me different rates each time. I don’t like the changing charges per hour. This Sandra did a good job in two hours but did not clean the dust balls off the sidings in the hall way (we have a cat).

Slightly confused because it wasn’t the guy in the photo that showed up, it was a female, and she was two hours early which I couldn’t accommodate. So she had to come back two hours after the original expected time. which I was fine with, got to sleep in later. she did a good job.

Dina was very nice and pretty fast. She did a good job. I found a few things left but they weren't major. A little bit of dirt on the kitchen and bathroom floors and the edges of the bathroom had some dirt on them but for the most part I was satisfied. I think she did her best with only 2 hours to work. I asked a lot less, considering the time limit.
